Breaking News! (Actually, a Minor Programming Note)

As many of you know, we've been posting with the same frequency for many years; alternating between three video weeks and two video weeks. One week it's Monday-Wednesday-Friday, and the next it's Tuesday-Thursday. Well, starting this week, whenever we have a two video week, we'll post on Tuesday and Friday instead.

This not only spreads out production a little better, but word on the street is that you get more views on a Friday than a Thursday. I'm not sure why I haven't thought of this before, but better late than never. Don't think of it as having to wait an extra day this week to see a new video, think of it as seeing next week's first video a day early. Thanks, and as always, enjoy!

More vids! A video every... hour! Yeah!
No, seriously, I can't get enough. You may have 4 hours of sleep breaks. Then more vids!

That's interesting. As a web developer, I would have thought that Friday views would be smaller and Monday/Tuesday views would be greater. I suppose that you have the numbers to verify your web usage.

You have changed and brought things in to my life, just do what you have to do! Just remember you are the Marvin Gay of the things you have to say!
Thanks,
Howard

So, fewer videos. That's disappointing.

I was cleaning out the spice cabinet this morning, and as I started to put stuff back in, I paused and took this pic. That's right, I am now one of your cayenne-slaves. Happy?

Sofie230, No, it's the exact same number of videos! Just posting on Friday instead of Thursday.

This is fine by me. I'm way behind on the videos as it is. Right now I'm still back on chicken ba- er, gravy croquettes and I'm thinking of doing the donuts today.

Thank you, Chef John, for not only bringing this delicious food into my life, but for teaching me to cook it as well. As a visual learner, I can't begin to say thank you for the videos enough times. The only problem is now when I get something wrong, I have no excuses.......

Thanks for clarifying. We love your stuff. In fact, we are making the Panda chicken wings tonight. Those are awesome goodness, indeed!!

I love your way of showing us new and fairly easy ways to explore new dishes and techniques.
Being a Weber charcoal guy, I try to do most of my cooking on the grill. Your BBQ chicken---spot on!
I extrapolate on your Chicken & Mushroom last night. Used a cast iron pan and did direct and indirect cookin, it worked very well. (Although I did use chicken stock instead of H2O)
Thanks for doing your thing. I’m learning! I look forward to your Food Wishes.

I have made this repeatedly following Chef John's recipe to the tee. I cant even begin to tell you how many compliments I have received for this recipe. I have even made it for over 250 people at a wedding at the request of the bride. People sought me out wanting to know how I made it. Of course I refered them back to Chef John and advised they watch the video for it to come out right. Awesome.. awesome... AWESOME recipe!
